› Are Insoiee™ products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are 100% natural, with no added fragrance or harsh preservatives. Start with 1–2 uses per week and adjust according to your skin's comfort level.
› How long does it take to see visible results?
Most users notice a more even complexion and smoother skin in 10–14 days, with a regular routine (scrub + mask/treatment).
› How often should I use Tebrima scrub?
Once or twice a week is enough to exfoliate without causing irritation. Massage in circular motions onto damp skin, then rinse with lukewarm water.
Does Nila 100% Powder color the skin?
No. It helps to even out and brighten the complexion without lasting color. Rinse thoroughly after application for a clean, luminous finish.
› Can I combine several Insoiee™ products in the same ritual?
Yes. Our products are designed to work together: black soap → Tebrima scrub → mask/powder → hydration .
› Where do your ingredients come from?
From Morocco, selected for their purity: Nila, Aker Fassi, Sidr, etc. Each batch is checked to guarantee quality and traceability.
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. No animal-derived ingredients, no animal testing. Ethical beauty is at the heart of our approach.
› What are the delivery times and costs?
France: 2–5 business days. Europe: 4–8 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the address and weight of the package.
› How do returns and refunds work?
You have 30 days after receipt to return the products. They must be unopened and in perfect condition. Contact us at support@insoiee.com to begin the process.
› Any tips for optimizing results?
Regularity, gentleness and protection: respect the frequency, avoid rubbing too hard, and protect your skin from the sun to maintain an even complexion.
