  Yes. The duo is made of natural powders, with no added fragrance, no added color, and no harsh active ingredients.

• What is the purpose of this ritual?

  It helps target the appearance of spots, blemishes, dullness, and uneven texture, without stripping the skin.

• How do I use it?

  Mix the Sidr with a little water, then cleanse your skin. Next, mix the Nila with plain yogurt, apply for 5 minutes, then rinse.

• How many times a week?

  Start with 2 to 3 times per week. If your skin tolerates it well, you can incorporate it more regularly.

• Can I use it on my body?

  Yes, you can apply Nila and Sidr to imperfection-prone areas on the back, dark areas of the face or body: elbows, knees, armpits, inner thighs, or marked areas.
